For those that have yet to hear, Our good Brother Victor Y. Armstrong 33° I.G.H. has laid down his working tools on Friday, November 18, 2022.
His memorial service will be held at the Scottish Rite Temple on January 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The family has asked that attendees RSVP as there will be food served after the ceremony. See the announcement below for RSVP response.
