Hello My Brother,
As we look to the end of 2025 and forward to the new year ahead, I hope you take a moment to consider the successes we have experienced as a fraternity. Part of our success took place in the Spring when we welcomed 22 new Scottish Rite Masons into the Valley. It is now time to continue our journey and confer the Scottish Rite degrees upon a new group of deserving Brothers.
I invite you to attend the 2025 Fall Scottish Rite One-Day Reunion for the Valley of Austin on this Saturday, November 15. This is our best opportunity to meet the new candidates, catch up with our friends and Brothers, and to revisit the lessons of our degrees.
I urge you to join us to observe the hard work of the degree teams, Sanhedrin, Officers, and members of the Austin Scottish Rite.
The 2025 spring Reunion will be dedicated to Illustrious Brother Keye Perry at the Austin Scottish Rite Temple. Breakfast will be served by the Order of the Garde Manger at 7:00 a.m. with the Reunion ceremonies beginning at 8:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon with a memorial service for Brother Perry to be held during lunch.
We will confer the terminal degrees in the auditorium and communicate the remaining degrees in the Lodge Room upstairs.
Parking is available in the lot next to the building except for the last row net to Colorado St. which is reserved at all times for Spectrum News. Parking is free in the state parking lot ½ block south of the building. Use the Colorado St. entrance to the parking garage.
I encourage you to attend the reunion even if you are only able to stay for one degree or the whole day. Call your Scottish Rite Brothers and invite them to join you. I look forward to a great reunion and hope that I will see many of you there.
