Hello My Brothers,
Please join the Austin Scottish Rite officers and members for the May stated meeting to be held next Wednesday, May 6th at the Austin Scottish Rite Temple.
-The evening will start at 5:30 p.m. in the Auditorium with the Collegium Ecossaise presentation by Brother Christian Moore. Brother Moore will kick off our celebration of the 225th anniversary of the Scottish Rite Southern Jurisdiction Supreme Council by exploring the people and events that led to the formation of the Rite in Texas, and specifically in Austin.
-Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. in the dining room by Brother Mike Sentell and the Order of the Garde Manger.
-At 7:30 p.m. we will congregate in the auditorium to produce a congratulatory video to be submitted to the Scottish Rite Supreme Council for the purpose of being viewed during the Anniversary Celebration mentioned below. Recommended dress will be coat, tie, and appropriate Scottish Rite regalia for the video.
– Immediately after the video message production, We will begin our stated meeting at approximately 7:45 p.m.
** We will be celebrating the 225th anniversary of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction on May 31st, 2026 at the Austin Scottish Rite Temple.
We will gather at the Temple to view the celebration on the big screen and share fraternal companionship with our Brothers. Snacks and beverages will be served during the event as we enjoy the celebration of our great fraternity.
*Doors will open at 11:30 A.m. and we will stay until the ceremony ends at about 2:30 p.m.
