I hope this communication finds you well and safe.
The Austin Scottish Rite Valley will be holding a Lodge of Perfection stated meeting on this Wednesday, December 2nd to conduct required business in person at the Temple. We will be conducting business that we are restricted from conducting on Zoom type meetings or conference calls.
The Lodge of Perfection stated meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m., in the auditorium. The proposed agenda is listed below as these are the items required to be addressed by the Lodge of Perfection and voted on by this Body.
-Budget for 2021
-Election of Officers for the Lodge of Perfection.
(The remaining Bodies will retain their current officer positions at the direction of the SGIG)
-Installation of Officers of the Lodge of Perfection.
-Vote on petitions for affiliation.
-Nominations taken for members of the ASR Theater Board of Directors whose term limits have expired.
Although we will conduct this meeting with abundance of caution and adherence to recommended prevention guidelines, it is highly recommended that you consider your own condition before attending the meeting.
-Facial coverings will be required to be worn over mouth and nose when in the building. If you forget your mask we will provide one for you.
-There will be no meal provided at this meeting.
-Social distancing will be practiced while in the building.
-Hand Sanitizer will be provided in various locations in the building.

- Within the past 14 days, have you had contact with anyone that you know had COVID-19
or COVID-like symptoms? Contact is being 6 feet (2 meters) or closer for more than 15
minutes with a person, or having direct contact with fluids from a person with COVID-19
(for example, being coughed or sneezed on).
- Have you had a positive COVID-19 test for active virus in the past 10 days?
- Within the past 14 days, has a public health or medical professional told you to self-monitor,
self-isolate, or self-quarantine because of concerns about COVID-19 infection?
