Hello Brothers,
Please take note that the May Stated meeting will be held on this Wednesday, May 1st at the Austin Scottish Rite Temple.
***This is a reminder that all petitions MUST be received by the General Secretary’s office not later than the start of this Stated Meeting on Wednesday***
-Petitions received any later can not be voted upon and the candidate will not be able to participate in the Spring Reunion.
The evening will begin with a presentation by Collegium Venerable Master Christian Moore on the symbols of the second apartment in the 32nd degree. Brother Moore will begin his presentation in the Auditorium at 5:30 p.m. and would like to invite you to the discussion even if traffic has delayed your arrival. He directs that we would prefer to have your contributions even for a few minutes than not at all.
Dinner will be served by Brother Sentell and the Order of the Garde Manger in the dining room at 6:30 p.m. We look forward to another great meal and fellowship during dinner.
The Stated meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium.
